On September 21, 2022 ten nominated Fillmore Central athletes attended the SNC Sportsmanship Summit at Stone Creek Event Center in McCool Junction, NE.
Activities throughout the day allowed FC student athletes to interact with other student athletes from the Southern Nebraska Conference. Videos were created to be shared at the SNC tournaments, and the attendees all worked together to identify what SNC PRIDE means, both on a conference level as well as within their own schools.
The keynote speaker for the day was Demoine Adams, a Husker football alum who also spent time in the NFL (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gaXHZCGxmSM). Demoine is now the CEO of TeamMates. He shared his story, as well as so many great things about LEADERSHIP and SPORTSMANSHIP.
Students selected by Fall coaches to represent FC included Travis Meyer, Luke
Kimbrough, Keegan Theobald, Jayden Wolf, Ty Schelkopf, Lilly Sjrahans,
Grace Probasco, Amy Lauby, Kaili Head & Hallie Verhage.
