Good luck to the FC Golf Team today at Sutton!
The SNC track meet was held on Saturday. This 11 team meet is traditionally full of great competition, and this year was no exception. Add in a little bit of heat and a lot of wind, and the competition gets even tougher. The boys team finished in 8th place, but only 12 points separated teams 3-8. The girls team finished 11th. Individual results are:

It was really great to see our kids perform twice last week in front of crowds. The L-Street, Jazz Band, Sound Sensations, Band & Choir have worked really hard this year, with very limited opportunities to show off their skills & talents, but their performances were outstanding!

The golf team was at the St. Cecilia Tournament yesterday. The team tied for 4th place out of 15 teams with a total score of 381. Individual results are:

The track teams were in action Tuesday at the Shelby-Rising City meet. The boys team finished in first place! Individual medalists are in the photo.

Good luck to the FC golf team today at Southern Hills in Hastings!
The golf team was at the Sutton Quad yesterday. The varsity team won the event with a score of 165. Koby was the individual champion, shooting a school record 36. Alex came in 2nd with a 37. Other varsity scores were:

FCHS Honors Night is Monday, May 3rd. The night begins at 6:30 PM with National Honor Society Inductions followed by Academic, Activity, and Athletic Awards. Students' work will be displayed for viewing, including projects from their CTE and art classes.

Current 1st through 6th graders are invited to attend Progressive Agriculture Safety Day on Thursday, May 27, 2021 at the Fillmore County Fairgrounds. Youth will participate in a variety of events designed to help them be aware of safety in potentially hazardous situations in and around rural and agricultural settings, including electricity, mental wellness, ATV safety, animal safety, food safety, etc. NE Extension hosts this event in Fillmore County, along with Shickley, Fillmore Central, Exeter-Milligan-Friend FFA chapters, 4-H, W.I.F.E. and Fillmore County Emergency Management. Early registration forms and $5 are due April 30th; forms can be downloaded at fillmore.unl.edu. After April 30th, registration is $10/youth.
