Due to SNC Wrestling at Fillmore Central High School on Saturday, January 29th, the Jr High Boys Basketball games will NOT be strived at the Middle school.
The Panther Wrestlng team wrestled at the Louisville Invite on 1/21 and at the Centennial Quads on 1/14. At Centennial they went 3-0 to improve their season record to 14-2.


The Panther wrestling team traveled to Gibbon on 1/15. They took 12 wrestlers & 11 of them brought home medals. The team placed 2nd in the 12 team field scoring 195.5 points finishing behind Class B Boone Central. The JV team traveled to Palmer on 1/15 & brought home 4 medals.


There will be a menu change for the Elementary and High Schools. Tomorrow it will be Quesadillas due to product availability issues.
Congratulations to Coach Eberhardt on picking up his 100th career victory with the win over Tri County.

The JV team wrestled at Centennial on Saturday and did a great job going 12-10 on the day. Undefeated Wrestlers were, Dom Harding, Zach Coash, and Kinley McDaniel. The Panthers JV Wrestling team traveled to Weeping Water Monday evening and collectively went 23-21 on the night.

FC Foods and Nutrition Students recently completed their egg lab. They demonstrated emulsification, denaturation, and coagulation in the labs!




Today the JV Wrestling squad is heading to Weeping Water and the reserve basketball teams are off to Wilber-Clatonia.
Reminder the Junior class is hosting a Taco & Nacho Bar at the Wrestling tournament on Saturday.
