Early Dismissal for Homecoming!
Friday, October 4th
Elementary will be dismissed at 1:45pm, Middle School at 2:00pm, and High School at 2:15pm. Buses will run accordingly.
Parents and guardians, please note these times are different from regular early dismissal times.

Tomorrow's HOCO dress up day is: Nerd vs. Jock
Over the past month the junior high and high school volleyball players and coaches have donated their time to officiate youth volleyball for Geneva Park and Rec. Thanks for donating your time to help grow our youth sports. GO FC!
Students in the 5th grade have been studying the interactions of the Earth's Systems which include the biosphere, geosphere, atmosphere and hydrosphere. The hydrosphere includes all of the water on the Earth's surface, underground, and above ground. Wyatt Schiermeyer, with a degree in geology/hydrology, spoke with the students about glacier movement and how the Ogallala Aquifer supplies us with water.
Holiday themed dress up day for Hoco! Fifth grade - Saint Patrick's 's Day, sixth grade - Fourth of July, seventh grade - Halloween, and eighth grade was Christmas!
The Middle School students had fun wearing their pajamas to school today!

We are working on persuasive writing. The 2B students wrote sentences on why they should be chosen to taste the Coke Oreo. These 4 were the most persuasive according to 6 adult judges. All four thought the cookie was delicious!
